CarieScan Sensors
One Sensor, One Patient
Sensors for use with the CarieScan PRO™ are supplied as single patient use disposables. They are available in packs of 50 units (Reorder Code CS-OCC-50). Each blister pack includes a snap on sensor with automatic sensor type identification and calibration circuit, together with a soft tissue contact that hooks over the lower lip. This sensor enables measurement of decay on both occlusal and smooth surfaces of the tooth.
Simplify Infection Control
Both the sensor and the soft tissue contact are single patient use only and should be disposed of in the ‘’sharps’ waste stream after patient use.
