  • "Lunch & Learn”, “Practice Meetings”, “Demo Request”, ”Distributor Enquiry”, “Contact Us”, “Ordering” - the details you supply are forwarded to the relevant party and will be used by us to provide the relevant site facility to you and for the other purposes set out in this privacy policy.
  • "User Forum Registration" - when you register, we will create a User ID and password with the User Forum. Your name, User ID, password and email address will be stored on the CarieScan server. Your personal storage area is called "My Account". You can change your stored information at any time by logging in.

We receive and store certain information whenever you interact with us. We collect website usage information from a number of sources:

  • URLs passed to us when you enter our site.

12.        Changes in CarieScan Limited's business

If you wish to do this, please contact us at enquiries@cariescan.com, explaining that your interest is to review your personal information. We may make a small charge to cover the cost of administration of any such request.  You may also request that we remove any of your personal information held by us.  Following such a request, except where the law obliges us to keep your data, we will ensure that your data is purged from the servers managed by CarieScan Limited. We will need to receive appropriate identification that proves you are the correct person to request any such action in respect of information held by us.
