Over 10 years experience in Customer Service gained at the headquarters of market leading UK retailer. Moved to Quality Services undertaking roles including Documentation Control and subsequently qualifying as Quality Manager through BSI. Responsible for compliance with CE Mark, ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 accreditation.

Following three years at Dundee University studying Civil Engineering, Iain moved to provision of Information Technology Services including deployment of software (commercial and bespoke) and hardware solutions. As Technical Services Manager, Iain is responsible for supporting both Operations (including product builds) and the Development activities of the business.
